Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Pudding And The PA aims to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 working days.  If your order is time sensitive, please do not hesitate to email us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Occasionally an item(s) may be out of stock and delivery will take a little longer than normal, we will always contact you to advise you of expected delivery timescales if this happens.  

Some items are dispatched directly from our suppliers which will mean your order may be made up of more than one parcel, if this is the case we will email you to let you know.

Please allow extra time for delivery of your order during busier times, such as Christmas. Pudding And The PA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the Royal Mail, which is out of our control.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class post which will take approximately 3-5 working days to reach you.  Occasionally a courier may be used for heavier items or if orders are sent directly from a supplier.  If your order is time sensitive don't hesitate to get in touch.

RETURNS

If you receive an item that you do not wish to keep, for whatever reason, Pudding And The PA will happily process a refund for you. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order if you wish to make a return, to be eligible for a refund of the purchase price.

When you return an item(s) please include a note with all your details on (name, address, telephone number and details of the item you wish to have refunded). We must have all of your details in order to process your refund (failing to include them may result in a delay).

Please keep tags on products where possible & packaging intact, as returning an item(s) where this is beyond what's reasonable may effect your refund.

Returns are posted to us at your own cost (unless in the unlikely event they are faulty) Please obtain a proof of postage or return via recorded delivery. Pudding And The PA will not accept responsibility for any items that get lost in transit to us.

EXCHANGES

Should you receive an item which you wish to exchange, Pudding And The PA are happy to exchange for you (stock permitting). Please email us sales@puddingandthepa.com prior to returning the item(s) so we confirm stock availability for you.

Exchanges posted back to us are done at your own cost and in some circumstances a, postage charge may apply to get new a new product dispatched to you. Please keep tags/packaging intact where possible.

Please include your full details when returning an item (name, address, telephone number and details of the exchange you require - failing to do so may result in a delay). 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us sales@puddingandthepa.com and we will happily replace the item (stock permitting) or process a refund.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION BOXES

How do subscriptions work? - Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the delivery interval and the products will be automatically delivered after each successful renewal. For example, if you started a monthly subscription, then the system will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will get the products to your doorstep each month, without the need to place the order by yourself!

Can I pause or cancel a subscription? - Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal. The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account.

How can I skip or reschedule a charge?You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.

What happens if the payment can't be processed? - If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
