On our journey to making even better chocolate, we accidentally discovered how to make caramel buttons! They are oh so dreamy, without any of the nasty artificial silliness. Just cacao butter, coconut sugar and a sprinkle of magic! These moreish morsels are the perfect caramel sweetness. Give them a try! And if, like us, you grew up in the 1980’s, you might recognise the caramel creaminess from the confection of your youth.
